Once you have completed shopping you will then proceed to select a shipping and payment option. We offer the following shipping options within South Africa :
Aramex / Berco Couriers - this option will appear for smaller orders. Your order will usually be delivered the next business day if you stay in a main centre in SA. With this service your parcel is delivered to your door, somenone needs to be present to sign for delivery. Tracking / Waybill number supplied.
Road Freight Couriers - this option will appear for larger orders and is a flat fee service at R150 irrespective of the size or value of the order. Your order will usually be delivered within 3-5 working days to your door. Someone needs to be present to sign for delivery. Tracking / Waybill number supplied.
SA Insured Parcel (SAPO) - this is our standard shipping option. Orders ship at a flat fee of R59, irrespective of the size or value of the order. The bigger your order, the more cost effective it is. All orders are fully insured and trackable. Delivery time is 2-4 working days, slightly longer if you are in outlying areas. We highly recommend this option - it is cost effective and to date we have never lost a SINGLE parcel using this shipping method since we opened for business in 1992 !
When your parcel arrives at your nearest post office, you will receive a notification slip advising you to collect. ( ID document required ).
Collect - you may collect your order in-store. Once payment for your order has cleared, we will contact you to collect at either one of our Cape Town stores (Claremont/Tyger Valley). On checkout please select at which store you would like to collect. The shipping cost in your shopping cart will revert to R0.
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally. We ship only within the borders of South Africa.
Final processing of your order
Once your order is confirmed and payment has cleared, we will process your order and it will ship the same or next business day. If funds have cleared before 12.00pm your order will most likely ship the same business day. We then email you with the tracking number, and your parcel can be tracked online to check its status in transit.
